Meet Dr. Angela Pham

Dr. Angela Pham, licensed occupational therapist, smiling in a professional setting. She provides online therapy services specializing in mental health, life skills, and wellness for teens and adults.

Hi there! I’m a licensed occupational therapist based in Alhambra, California, offering online therapy for teens and adults across the state. I specialize in helping individuals manage ADHD, autism, anxiety, and stress, while building life skills for greater independence and fulfillment.

As a second-generation Asian American and first-generation college graduate, I understand the challenges of balancing cultural expectations, academic pressures, and personal growth. During my time at the University of Southern California (USC), I knew what coping strategies were—but struggled to apply them in my own life. Discovering occupational therapy helped me integrate effective strategies into my daily routine, resulting in meaningful change. That experience inspired me to pursue a career in mental health occupational therapy and help others overcome similar challenges.

My approach blends evidence-based strategies from occupational therapy, including executive functioning support, life skills coaching, sensory processing techniques, and habit-building methods. Together, we’ll break tasks into manageable steps, create sustainable routines, and design personalized strategies that help you feel more confident and in control of your day-to-day life.
