Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Who do you work with?

A: I work with teens and adults who are seeking support in managing daily life challenges, improving executive functioning, building healthier habits, and optimizing their overall well-being. This includes individuals experiencing stress, burnout, sensory sensitivities, difficulties with time management, balancing multiple roles, or those wanting to implement meaningful life changes. Whether you're navigating school, work, family responsibilities, or personal transitions, occupational therapy can help you develop the skills to thrive in daily life.

Q: What is your session format and rates?

A: All therapy sessions are virtual, so we can meet from the comfort of your home. I am only able to work with clients located in California due to licensure regulations.

A typical session lasts 50 minutes and is $200 per session. Initial evaluations, which help assess your needs and create a comprehensive, personalized treatment plan, are 90 minutes and priced at $400.

Q: Do you take insurance?

A: I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It's always a good idea to check with your insurance provider beforehand to understand your out-of-network benefits and the reimbursement process.

Q: Do you offer a sliding scale for fees?

A: At this time, I do not offer a sliding scale for fees. However, I strive to provide quality care and can provide a super bill for potential out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need further information regarding payment options.

Q: What are the benefits of virtual occupational therapy?

A: Virtual sessions offer more than just convenience. They allow therapy to take place where your daily routines actually happen—in your home. Since occupational therapy focuses on making practical changes to support your daily life, being able to see your real environment helps me offer personalized, actionable recommendations.

Together, we can assess your routines, problem-solve in real time, and make small adjustments that fit your lifestyle—whether that’s reorganizing a workspace, improving your morning routine, or reducing sensory overload. Virtual care also makes it easier to apply strategies immediately, so progress feels more natural and sustainable.
